Majestic
1981 Majestic Car Wash and Joe's Big Burger on Third Street near Crescent Heights in Hollywood, Ca.
Fave: Billboard for the forgotten (and kind of terrible) Bruce Dern film, Tattoo.
I remember Joe's Big Burger very fondly. Joe and Jackie ran the business, made great food, and were always friendly to the clientele. There used to be a bridge club and modeling studio across the street, and Toren's Auto Body on the other side of Beverly Boulevard.

ReplyDeleteThanks for filling in my memory gaps as to what other businesses surrounded this area on Third!
